How to notify us
If any incident occurs that could potentially lead to a claim, you must notify us immediately via your portal, even if you’re unsure of the potential outcome. Please be assured that notifying us of any complaint, claim or circumstance does not necessarily mean your premium will be affected at renewal.

We want to make sure you’re fully supported and in compliance with your policy’s requirements.

How it works
Notify us via your portal
Your online portal makes notifying us of a circumstance, complaint or claim straightforward. Use the ‘My Claims’ section to tell us all the details and upload any supporting documentation. Once you have notified us, BareRock Claims will get to work in supporting you through the process. We work with specialist claims handlers, Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP (RPC) who will collect all relevant information, verify your policy coverage and carefully assess the validity of your claim so we can get the process started on the right foot.
Investigation and Evaluation
Working closely with you, RPC on behalf of BareRock Claims will thoroughly review all aspects of your claim to determine eligibility and approve any final response letter as applicable. We take great care to get all the details right.
Claims Adjustment
With your best interests in mind, RPC on behalf of BareRock Claims will evaluate your claim based on the policy terms, laws and industry standards. Our goal is to determine the appropriate amount of compensation or benefits the claimant is entitled to.
Expert Legal Support
As part of our collaboration with the best-in-class team at RPC, we are able to provide access to expert legal support if you have a complex matter, for example a client who decides to take legal action rather than complain via normal processes.

Supporting  the  FCAs  3  Day  Rule 
Your policy is worded to allow you to use the FCA’s DISP1.5.1R ‘3 day rule’. If the details of your claim meet the requirements we outline in your policy, you are empowered to quickly resolve the situation while remaining covered.
