BareRock Reward Profiles
Our firm categorisation process is driven by two core objectives: celebrating excellence while driving continuous improvement across the industry. Through our comprehensive scoring methodology, we classify all firms insured by us into the following BareRock Club membership tiers:
Club
BareRock ClubFirms who meet our entry criteria but don’t yet score enough points to gain access into Club 10 or 20. Firms in BareRock Club are recognised as being of a high enough standard to be part of "Good Companies, in Good Company®".
Club 10
BareRock Club 10Club 10 members exhibit strong compliance, meeting many of the criteria while showing an ongoing commitment to enhancing systems and controls. Club 10 firms have shown significant dedication to upholding standards.
Club 20
BareRock Club 20Firms awarded Club 20 membership demonstrate an exceptional commitment beyond just meeting regulatory requirements. While all firms diligently comply with obligations, Club 20 exemplifies industry leading practices and robust controls that raise the bar in mitigating systemic risks.
We know that many excellent firms, especially newly authorised ones, require time to fully implement robust controls and best practices. Our goal is to cultivate enduring relationships, providing guidance to support the ongoing growth and development of all firms striving to uphold the highest industry standards. Some examples of what we look for when progressing a firm through the BareRock Club membership tiers:
Firm holding PFS chartered status
Clearly defined client proposition with defined client segments used to assess PROD
Documented retirement approach
Level of case checking completed
Percentage of compliance budget
Recurring income as % of total income
And finally, we also look at your use of specific best of breed technology from our approved risk mitigation solutions
